Andrew Fortelny's experience as a finance broker specialist in the financial services industry is extensive. As Branch Principal at Yellow Brick Road he is committed to guiding you towards your own financial success story, with practical advice and critical tips to ensure you have the tools to build the wealth you need for a secure financial future.

His formal achievements include a Fellow of CPA (FCPA), as well as qualifications in property valuation, town planning, financial planning and wealth management. When he is not helping his valued clients build their own successful future, Andrew enjoys time away from the office cycling, playing tennis, soccer and spending time with his wife and two children. Andrew joined Yellow Brick Road because of his passionate commitment to assisting Australian families and small business owners. Andrew enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and has a strong sense of community.

Manpreet Sabharwal has over 15 years of experience in working with first home buyers, investors, private funding, SMSF Loans and asset finance. Manpreet can also assist with debt consolidation and to release equity in your home for renovations or a deposit for your next investment property.

Manpreet can provide custom tailor-based solutions to his clients based on their credit score and out of the box products for clients with a poor credit history from our panel of lenders for PAYG and Self Employed clients, going that extra mile for them. Manpreet has a Masters in Computer Science, Agents Representative (REIV) and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering. Outside of work Manpreet loves cooking and is passionate about great food. In the past life Manpreet was a Chef. Manpreet is a keen cricketer and a resident of Moreland.
