Mark Bouris has established a successful career from building disruptive businesses to challenge the market and provide smarter solutions for consumers.

Mark’s current positions include Executive Chairman of Yellow Brick Road Group (ASX: YBR) and Non-Executive Director of Sydney Roosters Football Club and Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Banking & Finance and Business Law & Tax at UNSW Business School and works with the University to mentor tomorrow’s business leaders.

In 2015, Mark was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the finance industry and tertiary education and has most recently acted as Chairman of the Taskforce into Digitisation of Small Businesses in Australia for the Australian Treasury.

Mark founded Mentored in 2017, where he hosts The Mentor and Straight Talk podcasts and provides mentoring on the Survive and Thrive series and Mentored.com.au. He is also the host of YBR’s Property Insights podcast, and author of Wealth Wizard, The Yellow Brick Road to Your Financial Security, What it Takes, and Rise.

Vishal has been part of the YBR Group since August 2015. He has been instrumental in driving financial performance and strategic growth.

With a strong track record in optimising cash flow and enhancing profitability, Vishal brings deep financial expertise and commercial insight to the role.

He has successfully led initiatives that improved margin performance, strengthened financial controls, and supported sustainable business expansion in a competitive market.

Kevin is an experienced Executive leading Cyber Security, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Digital teams in Financial Services.

Joining the YBR Group in 2022, Kevin is responsible for the IT, Marketing, Risk and Compliance functions across all the brands in the company.

Prior to joining YBR, Kevin was the Head of Security and Support Services APAC at Rabobank and held Senior Management roles in IT, Cyber Security, and Technology Risk at Aussie Home Loans. He has a Master’s Degree in Business in IT Management.

Kevin is customer focused and is a strong communicator who excels in bridging the gap between the digital world, the business, and its customers.

David Flynn is Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Yellow Brick Road Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in risk, compliance and governance across some of Australia’s leading financial services organisations.

David has held senior roles across major financial institutions, including Insignia Financial, BT Financial Group, ANZ, ING Australia, Rubik Financial and van Eyk. He has extensive experience overseeing enterprise-wide risk & compliance frameworks, as well as designing governance and professional standards that support strong client outcomes.

At YBR, David is responsible for leading the Group’s enterprise risk and compliance, legal and training functions, strengthening governance frameworks and supporting the delivery of high standards of services and outcomes for borrowers.

Neil is an experienced professional in the financial services and automotive industries, having held senior positions as Head of Strategy, Head of Sales, and most recently Head of Enterprise Business Planning for Toyota Finance Australia.

In 2023, he joined the YBR Group to develop an industry-leading Sales and Performance Standards framework. This framework aims to structure sales processes, ensure consistency in customer experience, and identify gaps and new opportunities.

Neil‘s expertise in the industry makes him a valuable addition to the YBR Group, and his leadership across our Sales Distribution and Strategy is pivotal in improving our processes and overall customer experience.

Nicholas has extensive corporate and operational experience, holding undergraduate and post-graduate qualifications in finance, economics, information technology (IT), software development and mortgage broking.

Nicholas has previously held senior roles for a number of ASX listed and private companies, in capital markets, media and technology.

During his capital markets career, Nicholas worked on many primary and secondary market offerings, restructures and M&A transactions for Australian small, medium and large cap companies within the Bell Financial Group.

Whilst in the media industry, Nicholas produced multi-million dollar and nationally syndicated free-to-air television shows and podcasts for Seven West Media and Southern Cross Austereo.

As a technology entrepreneur, Nicholas founded, capitalised and successfully exited a large-scale Real Estate SaaS business, jointly owned with REA Group and Momentum Media.

Nicholas currently holds an executive role with YBR as its General Manager of Operations & Company Secretary. He is principally responsible for designing, implementing and managing scalable infrastructure to both support and enable the YBR broking network and lending businesses to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
