Meet the Penrith team

Matthew Dwyer
Branch Principal and Mortgage Broker

With access to a wide range of lenders and over 20 years' experience in home loans and credit management with major banks, you can be assured I will do my very best to find the right home loan for you.

I have lived in the Penrith area all my life, and love everything about the place; it is the ideal location to raise my young family. Away from the office, my main passion is Rugby League and athletics. We love being part of the local Junior Rugby League, and volunteering at our local little athletics club to help promote fun and fitness for kids. I joined Yellow Brick Road after 20 years with the banks and I really enjoy helping our clients find the right solution for their property needs today and for the future.

Paul Dwyer
Branch Principal and Mortgage Broker

Paul has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry, having held senior management roles in two major banks. This experience and knowledge of the banking industry and financial services means I can help you find the best deal, with the features that will benefit you and your family, now and for the future.

I grew up in the Penrith area and have spent the majority of my life here. Most of my immediate family and friends are still in the Penrith district and I have a deep sense of connection with the area. One of the most exciting things about helping families and small business get the best mortgage advice and for their individual circumstances, is the difference it makes in their lives. It is very fulfilling to see people on the road to property ownership.
