eMOS Decommissioning at ANZ

Effective Saturday 8 October 2022, eMOS will no longer be an acceptable form of application submission with ANZ. 

As of this date, brokers will no longer be able to submit applications to ANZ via eMOS.

Brokers will not be able to download the eMOS package from the Broker Portal or upload the eMOS file as a form of application submission.

Brokers will also need to delete the eMOS software package from their system.

For any accepted applications prior to 8 October 2022, brokers will continue to receive any correspondence including status updates as per the current process with the application number provided. If an application number is not received prior to 8 October 2022, brokers will be required to re-submit the application via ApplyOnline or Loanapp (there will be no transferring of eMOS data by ANZ).
