Yellow Brick Road Dulwich Hill and Mortlake

When I was 21-years old my father shared one of my most memorable pieces of financial advice with me.

He told me to buy my first property. 

That simple advice he gave me standing outside the house, which I still live in with my wife and kids to this day. 

Well, today I’m the wealth manager and branch principal of Yellow Brick Road Dulwich Hill and Mortlake in the bustling vibrant inner western suburbs of Sydney and still haven’t forgotten that advice to this day.

My home that I bought back then has more than doubled in value twice in the last 20 years. I share this advice with my family, friends and clients as it proved so valuable to me. I always say now, ‘the earlier you get into the market – the better’!
