Self Managed Super

The Yellow Brick Road Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Property Loan is designed for customers who wish to invest in residential property via an SMSF.

The Yellow Brick Road SMSF Property Loan has been developed in line with current SMSF laws and regulations however, we require applicants to seek independent financial and legal advice before committing to an SMSF purchase. Please note SMSF loans are not available for owner-occupied use.

The loan structure is designed to easily integrate with most SMSFs. SMSFs can use borrowed monies to assist in purchasing a residential investment property within the super fund. The property must be held in trust for the SMSF until the loan is repaid.
